Military Academy Night
On Monday, May 21st, Congressman Gerry Connolly and Prince William County Schools will host an information session for students interested in attending one of the military academies. For more information, please click here.
Yearbook Information
Anyone who pre-ordered a yearbook can pick up their book any day between 7:00 and 7:25a.m., or between 2:00 and 2:30p.m.. Students MUST have a photo ID to pick up a pre-ordered yearbook.
Students who did not pre-order a yearbook may purchase a yearbook for $75 by cash or check starting Friday morning, 5/18. We will not accept advanced payment for cash (or check) and carry books. If books sell out on Friday, there will be a second wave released starting Monday morning, 5/21. There is a limited quantity of remaining books. Once all books are sold through this process, it will not be possible for any student, parent, or staff member to order a yearbook. We cannot order more books. All books will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Senior Awards Night
Senior Awards Night will be held May 24th at 7pm in the auditorium. Invitations to this event will be mailed home this week. Please rsvp to Mrs. Wright in the counseling center at 703-497-8132.
Viking nominated for 'Cappie'
Mia Amado, a sophomore theatre student in the CFPA program at Woodbridge Sr. High School, earned a Cappie nomination for Best Supporting Actress in The Miracle Worker. The Cappies, "Critics and Awards Program," is a program through which high school theater and journalism students are trained as critics, attend shows at other schools, write reviews, and publish those reviews in local newspapers like The Washington Post . The student critics vote for awards that are presented at the Cappies Gala to be held Sunday June 10th at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.

The CFPA's 10th Anniversary Gala, held at the Hylton Performing Arts Center at the GMU Campus, Manassas, was a huge success. WOW! Praise for the event continues to pour in from the tremendous audience presence! Way Off Broadway Video Company will be videotaping the class of 2012 Commencement exercise. If you would like a copy of this year's video, please fill out the form in order to expedite your order.
Graduation Class of 2012
Graduation for the class of 2012 will occur on June 9, 2012. Commencement will take place in the A.T. Howard Memorial Stadium at Woodbridge HS at 9:00am. Inclement weather plans will be shared with graduates during rehearsal.

Change in graduation requirements for rising 9th grade students
As a result of legislation passed this spring by the Virginia Assembly, implementation of the Standard Technical and Advanced Technical Diplomas has been delayed for one year, now becoming effective with the ninth-grade class of 2012-13. Letters in English and Spanish to parents of rising ninth-graders explaining the delay in implementation are available on the Office of Student Services School Fusion page-
